Q: Do you close in the event of bad weather?
A: Yes, In the event of heavy rain and/or lightning. Check this website for updated cancellation notices. A decision will be made no later than 2pm on the day of event
Q: Why is this a reservation event?
A: By making reservations there is no waiting in line and the groups in the woods are small
enough for the startle scares to be effective. We strive to provide a quality
event with each “station” knowing when to expect guests. Unlike many other
events, the focus is on you. You are part of the story
Q: Why must the reservations be paid for in advance?
A:
Q: Is this event inside or outside?
A: The event is 60% outside and 40% inside. Guests are encouraged to dress for the
weather….it can get very cold in Coventry in October and the event is not
canceled due to drizzle
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The event is cancelled only in the case of serious storm. The storm
cancellation information can be found on this website (www.darkwalk.net) and
Facebook by 2PM the day of the event. Ticket holders for that evening will be
contacted to see if they can attend another date or would
prefer a refund.
Q: Cancellation Refunds?
A: In the event of a weather cancellation, we will work to either reschedule you or provide a full refund. If you cancel your tour with a minimum of 48 hours notice, we will provide a full refund. Otherwise No Refunds for no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of event.
Q: Do you have special accommodations for large groups?
A: Tour group sizes are roughly # people per group. You will remain with that group until the woods walk where you will be divided into smaller groups of #.
Q: How do I make reservations?

Please arrive at least 1/2 hour before tour start time to allow pre-tour activities. Early Tours will be dark when entering haunted woods
Please be respectful of other guests - No Cell Phones, Flashlights and NO PHOTOGRAPHY AND/OR VIDEOTAPING allowed beyond check-in area. You are welcome to interact with characters at check-in area and take photos with them, but once tour starts NO Photography is permitted!!!
